Shipping and Returns
You will receive your order within 48-72 working hours.
Free shipping for orders over €175*. Valid for orders for mainland Portugal and 250€* for Portuguese Islands.
Orders with confirmed payment before 4 pm are shipped, except for reasons of force majeure, on the following working day.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
The shipping time is only indicative, and may vary taking into account exceptional situations (strikes, natural disasters, logistical problems of the carrier, etc.)
All orders have a tracking number. The Customer will receive the order tracking information by email. To follow up on the shipment or questions about the location of the order, you should contact the customer service of the carrier or distribution partner.
If you do not pick up the order from the carrier within the given time and the order is returned to Meekbum, you will have to bear the costs of a new shipment. Free shipping is only valid for the first shipment and not for reshipments.
If, upon receipt of your order, the packaging is found to be damaged, we ask that you check the status of the products received with the carrier. If necessary, you must make a claim to the carrier and contact us so that we can exchange the products..

The Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of his order to inform about the intention to return the product(s) received, exercising the right of withdrawal. From that moment on, the customer has 14 days to actually return the item(s).
The costs of returns and exchanges are entirely borne by the Customer. The Customer will be able to request a return label with a minimum cost of €5, this is only possible when the order was sent by courier and within Portugal. For international returns the value of the return varies between 5-25€. Right after receiving the label by email, the customer must pack the items and deliver them to the nearest service point and inform Meekbum.
We are not responsible for losses during returns/exchanges, so the customer must choose a safe method with a tracking number.
Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if the returned products are in their original condition (never used, in the original packaging and with the respective manuals). Products that are returned incomplete, damaged or used by the Customer will not be accepted.
In case of return, and after evaluation of the returned products and compliance with the legal deadlines, Meekbum will refund the value of the item in a store coupon or to the IBAN indicated by the Customer within a maximum period of 7 working days. If you opt for the coupon, it can be used in an online purchase and will have a maximum period of use of 3 months from the date of receipt of the items at our address.
