How to choose the size of pre-folds?

To choose the size of the pre-fold you have two options;

Option 1: Without securing the pre-fold

you can use in trifold or angel wing (watch the video below) and it just needs to be Size 2 or Size 3. You can always fold it forward to reduce the height of the pre-fold. Just remember that if the baby is very small, your diaper will have a little more volume.

Option 1: Pre-folded + snappi

In this case, the pre-fold needs to be large enough to be able to close in the tummy area. For folds like bikini twist, you always need a larger size.

These measurements are after washing. Natural fabrics always shrink a little after washing. Avoid washing your Grovia prefolds exhaustively or at high temperatures.

A Grovia he chose bamboo, for its softness, but it is a fabric that shrinks as much as merino wool if it is not well cared for. For this reason, you must not wash your pre-folds at more than 60º constantly, nor give them exhaustive use. If you use pre-folds full time, keep your stock at 36 units so you rotate constantly and your pre-folds have a long life.

How to wash reusable cloth diapers?

Always check the manufacturer's label before washing your pre-folds Grovia.

• Start by preparing your diapers for washing: when you change the diaper, remove as much poop from the diaper;
• You can remove the absorbent with springs from the diaper;
• Wash every 2-3 days at 40ºC - 60ºC in your washing machine with detergent for heavily soiled clothes;
• Do not use a dryer;
• Do not dry clean or iron;
• Do not use bleach, additives or fabric softeners.
